Warren is a regional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with Alcatel-Lucent. Warren has over 35 years industry experience and for the past 11 years has consulted extensively across Asia-Pacific. He specialises in transformational digital services solutions for Communication Service Providers, Media and ICT businesses. In early 2015 Warren became CTO for the Oceania Region as part of Alcatel-Lucent?s global SHIFT toward strategic markets. Warren is a member of the Oceania Senior Leadership Team.

Warren developed his early career in Australia at a time of massive industry deregulation and technology change. He was with Telstra and was a key contributor to the founding of internet and online broadband services. Upon joining Alcatel in 2004 he spent three years in New Zealand helping to deliver fundamental transformation to the infrastructure and services of Telecom New Zealand (today Spark). Warren then spent several years living in Singapore working across APAC and now more specifically Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands.
