Ni Made Ary Esta Dewi Wirastuti was born in Bali, Indonesia, in 1976. She received the Bachelor (S.T) degree in Electrical Engineering form Udayana University, Bali, Indonesia, in 2000, Master of Science (M.Sc) in Mobile Communication Systems from University of Surrey, United Kingdom, in 2002 and Philosophy of Doctor (Ph.D) in Electronics and Telecommunication System from University of Bradford, United Kingdom, in 2007. In 2000, she joined the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, Indonesia, as a Lecturer. Her current research interests include wireless and mobile communication systems, digital signal processing, smart and green ICT infrastructure and applications, and technology-enhanced learning. She is a member of the IEEE and IEEE Indonesia Section.
