Australian Communications Consumer Action Network
Rachel is the Policy officer for Australian Communications Consumer Action Network focusing on communications and broadband policy analysis and consumer advocacy.
She was previously an economist with the Irish civil service providing policy and financial analysis. This included roles as Administrative Officer (Economics), Department of Public Expenditure and Reform in Dublin and a Member of the Irish Government Economic Evaluation Service (IGEES).
